art & design organizing training
Divest | Ed
I worked with Divest | Ed staff and fellow intern, Claire, to build a training for the 2021 fellows on art and design in movement organizing. Claire and I facilitated this training! The first image contains the basics of our opinions on art in organizing, and the second image is my example image of the exercise we had them work on (pick a quote / lyric / etc and build a space for it!)
stage management for new works
I collaborated with a director, dramaturg, three playwrights, and seven actors to grow three plays. During this time, we facilitated a horizontal space and practiced check-ins and check-outs for every day. I organized paperwork, rehearsals, and productions (including running sound, projections, and reading stage directions).
